Job summary

Educato is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the creator-generated content program in Italy. You will manage the UGC campaign, recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram, and work closely with our global GTM team to implement the plan.

You should be a native Italian speaker with solid English, be organized, and communicate clearly. The role rewards execution and fast learning, with room to grow into larger markets and a competitive local salary plus bonuses.

We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our UGC program in Italy.

About the role
