Job summary

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree as a sophomore or junior.
- Hands-on Windows support experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.
- Experience with Ivanti, Adobe, iOS, and other migration tools.
- Hands-on Office products experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience with Dell Optiplex hardware.
- Experience with IBM/Lenovo hardware.
- GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Able to commute to West Trenton, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical questions promptly or route to the right team.
- Assist with workstation hardware, software, OS upgrades.
- Support server and network with workstations coordination.
- Document events and procedures in standard formats.
- Maintain ticket statuses with timely updates.
