You will record journal entries, assist auditors, and participate in projects to improve efficiency. Eligible students should be in sophomore or junior year with a 3.0+ GPA, pursuing accounting, and able to commute to West Trenton.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Commutable to West Trenton, NJ.
• Interest in Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Ability to work in a team and assist with monthly close tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and schedules.
• Record journal entries and analyze financial statements.
• Assist internal, external, and regulatory auditors with documentation.
• Identify potential operational efficiencies and automation opportunities.
