Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team at our IT Warehouse in Renton, WA. You will directly manage warehouse operations, owning safety, quality, productivity, and attendance metrics while driving improvements through data‑driven decisions.

You will partner cross‑functionally with IT Support, InfoSec, and facilities to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control of IT assets, and coordinating cross‑functional

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Experience managing teams, or experience in logistics.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor a team handling warehouse operations.
Own safety, quality, productivity, and attendance metrics; drive improvements through data‑driven decisions.
Manage receiving, storage, and inventory control of IT assets and peripherals.
Oversee picking, kitting, and preparation of IT assets for configuration and deployment.
Drive restocking of IT inventory locations, vending machines, and supply stores.
