Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a hybrid SRM governance professional to develop and maintain the IT SRM framework at our Rosemont, IL headquarters. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, and IT Risk to manage supplier onboarding, changes, renewals, and performance programs.

The role emphasizes executive communication, stakeholder influence, and change management to deliver value, optimize costs, and improve supplier risk controls within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience translating operational, commercial, and technical considerations into business recommendations.
• Proven executive communication and negotiation skills across multiple levels.
• Experience designing and maturing vendor management models for evolving needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT SRM governance framework across IT and suppliers.
• Support supplier lifecycle management including onboarding and renewals.
• Lead performance governance with SLAs, KPIs, scorecards and QBRs.
• Support contract management activities with Procurement and Legal.
• Support supplier value realization and financial oversight.
• Coordinate risk and compliance activities with IT Risk/Security.
• Participate in other projects and duties as assigned.
