Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks an IT Vendor Management professional to own governance across SRM for IT and suppliers.

The role is hybrid, onsite 2-3x weekly at the Rosemont, IL HQ, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, renewals, performance governance, and risk compliance. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in IT vendor management (or 7–9+ years with GED), strong executive communication, and experience turning operational needs into business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain IT SRM governance framework across IT and suppliers.
• Lead supplier lifecycle management activities with stakeholders.
• Oversee performance governance including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IT SRM governance framework (segmentation, cadence, RACI, standards).
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, changes, renewals, and exits with stakeholders.
• Lead performance governance: SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, scorecards, QBRs, and escalations.
• Support procurement, legal on negotiation, renewals, and obligation tracking.
• Oversee supplier value realization and financial oversight; identify optimization.
• Coordinate third-party risk and compliance with IT Risk/Security.
