Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a detail-oriented SRM professional to enhance supplier governance and risk management. You will support the development and execution of SRM programs, partnering with Category Managers, Procurement Leadership, stakeholders, and suppliers to improve performance and mitigate risk.

This role focuses on coordinating governance activities, maintaining scorecards, and ensuring effective supplier reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, or related field.
C.P.M. certification or Project Management experience preferred.
3+ years of related business experience required.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of West's SRM program and governance activities.
Coordinate supplier governance meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and supplier performance discussions.
Maintain supplier scorecards, performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Track supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and business objectives.
Assist with supplier performance improvement initiatives and maintain action logs, commitments, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Information security teams to support governance and risk management.
