The Texas Association of School Boards is seeking an IT Vendor/Contract Manager to orchestrate technology contracts from submission through signature. You will collaborate with IT leaders, contract owners, financial staff, vendors, and TASB's Corporate Counsel to ensure strong agreements that protect TASB interests.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Business Administration with tech focus (or equivalent) and 4+ years negotiating tech contracts, with experience drafting and redlining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with tech emphasis or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years negotiating and managing technology contracts.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and finalizing tech agreements.
• Experience coordinating contract reviews with attorneys or in-house legal (not required law degree).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate technology contracts with IT leaders and stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and service providers.
• Review contracts for business, financial, security, privacy, and SLA considerations.
• Coordinate legal review with Corporate Counsel and track revisions.
• Manage SaaS agreements, terms, privacy terms, SLAs, and data-use agreements.
• Track contract entries, renewals, and budget alignment.
• Report contract status and cost savings to IT leadership.
