Responsibilities include directing development and procurement strategy for MIRP projects, managing full contract lifecycles, and negotiating terms while ensuring compliance with state laws and agency

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities in a public sector setting.
• Extensive experience in technology procurement and contract management.
• Ability to align IT procurement with business goals and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
