What We’re Looking For
Trillium is seeking a highly skilled IT Vendor Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of our technological procurement, shaping our relationships with critical vendors and ensuring seamless operations. As our IT Vendor Contract Coordinator, you will play a fundamental role in establishing and maintaining clear, legally sound contracts with our technology partners. On a Typical Day, You Might
- Review requests for technology contracts, contract documents, and relevant forms for proper use, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with State and Federal regulations and adherence to Trillium’s policy and procedures.
- Work with technology contractors to ensure Trillium’s standard business and legal requirements are present when using vendor contract templates.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements including, but not limited to, insurance coverage, termination, invoicing, professional and facility licensure, accreditation, etc. when applicable.
- Collaborate with technology contractors to establish a partnership with contractors based on mutual respect and accountability.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance; facilitate communication, and possible inclusion in various committees as necessary to achieve positive outcomes in quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Serve as a liaison between technology contractors and Trillium including Trillium’s Executive Leadership and Legal Department.
- Evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of assigned technology contracts through annual goal setting and quarterly review of status of goal attainment.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree and four (4) years’ experience working in a business that maintains a large volume of IT vendor contracts that provide the infrastructure needed to run a large organization.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years’ experience working in a business that maintains a large volume of IT vendor contracts that provide the infrastructure needed to run a large organization.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Required License/Certification
Must have a valid driver’s license
Location:
Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status.
