Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking an IT Business Operations Manager to support the business, financial, and oversight functions of the technology organization. You will manage IT contracts, vendor records, procurement, and related financial processes while coordinating IT audits and compliance initiatives.

You will partner with IT leadership to forecast budgets, drive process improvements, and maintain control documentation, evidence, and timelines across PCI DSS and SOC 2 readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, legal studies, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of IT vendor management, procurement, contract administration, financial operations, IT audit, or compliance experience.
• Relevant credentials such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, PCI ISA, CPSM, CPCM, PMP, or an equivalent certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of IT contracts, subscriptions, licenses, and vendor records from intake through renewal and termination.
• Maintain renewal schedules and communicate deadlines, obligations, and risks.
• Coordinate documentation with Legal, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready contract and vendor records and support IT audits and attestations.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, procurement requirements, payment info, security reviews, and system setup.
• Request and compare proposals; negotiate within parameters and present final recommendations.
• Track vendor performance, issues, commitments, and opportunities.
• Partner with IT leadership to develop and forecast operating and capital budgets.
• Coordinate purchase requests, POs, invoice approvals, accruals, and AP follow-up.
• Reconcile contracts, invoices, POs, licenses, and GL activity to identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare reports on technology expenses, forecasts, renewals, vendor status, and budget performance.
• Develop and maintain approval workflows, templates, and internal controls for IT operations and records.
