Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking an IT Business Operations Manager to oversee IT contracts, vendor relationships, procurement, and financial processes. The role ensures efficient IT operations, audits, and compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2 readiness, coordinating with legal, vendors, and business leaders.

You will manage contract lifecycles, budgets, approvals, and evidence for audits, while driving cost savings and strong recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in IT vendor management, procurement, contract administration, or IT audit/compliance.
• Relevant credentials such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, PCI ISA, CPSM, CPCM, PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of IT contracts, subscriptions, licenses, and vendor records.
• Maintain renewal schedules and coordinate with Legal, vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate PCI DSS validation and SOC 2 Type II readiness activities.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and accounts payable follow-up.
• Ensure audit readiness, evidence management, and control documentation.
