Job summary

Oklahoma Chiller Corporation in Tulsa is seeking a Director of Information Technology to serve as a strategic partner to our Executive Leadership Team. This hands-on leadership role will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise technology stack, from ERP and CRM to cybersecurity and data visibility.

You will build systems and teams to scale operations, oversee IT operations, vendor relationships, and due diligence for acquisitions, delivering real-time data and insights to drive

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with ability to plan IT roadmaps aligned to growth.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation across multiple divisions or acquisitions.
• Experience standardizing ERP/CRM/payroll and related enterprise systems.
• Experience leading IT integration for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Ability to build executive dashboards pulling data from multiple entities.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and risk-management experience.
• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term IT strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to replace manual and fragmented processes.
• Oversee and optimize core enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, project management, payroll, and communications platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture to protect data.
• Build and maintain unified databases that consolidate financial and operational data.
• Develop executive dashboards with real-time KPIs and actionable insights.
• Create and execute a repeatable IT integration playbook for add-on acquisitions.
• Lead technology due diligence during acquisition processes to identify risks and opportunities.
• Migrate acquired businesses onto standardized platforms while retiring legacy systems.
• Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing internal IT team.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Represent the mission, vision, and values in internal/external interactions.
