Job summary

Destination Cleveland is seeking a Director of Information Technology to translate the organization’s technology vision into disciplined execution, reliable operations, and measurable progress.

Reporting to the Chief People & Business Operations Officer, you will lead the technology roadmap, governance, and partner management to ensure secure, cost-effective services across enterprise systems including CRM and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advise leadership on investments, architecture, and modernization.
• Chair governance forums for technology, data, AI, and risk.
• Oversee security, operations, and vendor relationships.
