The role collaborates with IT, PMO and business stakeholders to drive change and user proficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT training experience, strong instructional design skills, and proven ability to create engaging, outcome-focused training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5+ years IT training and user enablement experience.
• Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, CRM, financial systems, manufacturing systems, or other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Deliver training for enterprise applications and business systems.
• Track training attendance and effectiveness metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO and project teams to support organizational changes.
