Job summary

GDOT is seeking an IT Trainer/Content Developer to deliver IT training to GDOT staff across Georgia. The role involves on-site and remote instruction, developing training content, and managing enrollments within the GDOT LMS.

Travel to district offices is required several times per month, with virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams. The candidate will publish schedules, administer enrollments, generate assessments and certificates, and collaborate with GDOT business units to identify training

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to adult learners.
• Ability to travel to GDOT district locations.
• Proficiency with LMS administration and course scheduling.
• Content development for PowerPoint, guides, manuals, and videos.
• Experience using Teams for virtual classroom delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-premises and online IT training across Georgia GDOT districts.
• Develop and update training content and materials.
• Publish schedules and administer enrollments in the LMS.
• Coordinate travel and training logistics.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with GDOT units to grow class enrollments.
