Spectrum Health & Human Services is seeking an IT Technician in Orchard Park, NY to install and monitor IT equipment, maintain SharePoint and network systems, and provide end-user training. The role emphasizes user support, documentation, and cross-training within a fast-paced office environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of IT/office experience, an associates degree preferred, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; or high school with 4+ years IT/office experience including IT knowledge.
• Excellent communication and training skills with end users.
• Proven ability to support and document IT processes.

Responsabilités

• Install and monitor IT equipment including printers and copiers, and ensure network communication.
• Install SharePoint, integrate apps, and create libraries.
• Add users, manage access, and set permissions for document libraries.
• Maintain SharePoint, servers, and intranet; perform backups and data retrieval.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide end-user training.
• Provide staff with technical support and training; document processes.
