REAL Journey Academies is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to support school sites in Moreno Valley, CA. The role reports to the Senior IT Analyst and focuses on maintaining and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals while assisting with network issues.

The position emphasizes customer service and practical problem solving, with responsibilities ranging from imaging workstations to supporting multimedia and signage hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
• Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and networks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical support for end users via helpdesk, in person, or email.
• Configure multimedia, audio and signage hardware and software.
• Image/clone systems and set up workstations with devices.
• Install software and provide basic operations training.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and maintain asset inventories.
• Document and report hardware and network issues to supervisor.
