Job summary

Nashville Toyota North is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to support daily dealership operations in Nashville, TN. This full-time role offers hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment and emphasizes customer-service excellence and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities include end-user support for hardware, software, and network systems, plus installation and maintenance of Wi‑Fi networks, CAT6 cabling, and POE security cameras.

Qualifications

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep systems running.
• Collaborate with store/location managers to plan current and future IT needs.
• Install and maintain open lot Wi‑Fi networks and cabling.
• Assist with POE security cameras and server integration projects.
• Communicate project plans, progress, and challenges clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential end-user support for hardware, software, and network systems throughout the dealership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring hardware, software, and network systems operate efficiently.
• Regularly partner with store and location managers to assess and fulfill IT needs.
• Resolve network switch and connectivity issues; install/open lot Wi-Fi; pull CAT6 cabling; work with POE cameras and servers.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams; communicate progress.
