Responsibilities

• Performs End User Infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
• Provide Tier 2 assistance to users, remote or on-site.
• Document problem solutions and maintain journal entries.
• Participate in small projects and software/hardware upgrades.
• Monitor desktop queues and ensure timely ticket closures.
