We’re seeking an IT Technician I to join our team! In this role, you’ll:

• Assist in keeping all computer systems operational and properly maintained.
• Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
• Provide guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
• Help ensure that company policies and guidelines are adhered to.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Remain current with technological developments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
