As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution and top-tier customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Review: Partner with Design Consultants to evaluate in-home projects.
• Remote Assessments: Determine if projects qualify for remote measurement.
• Scheduling: Coordinate with the project manager admin for on-site visits when needed.
• Technical Guidance: Support Design Consultants and homeowners with measurements, installation details, and operational insights.
• Timely Submissions: Upload tech measure files within 24 hours.
• Project Tracking: Monitor remote projects for review by the Senior Project Manager.
• Verification: Confirm all products and materials required for installation.
• Documentation: Complete cut and material lists; log detailed notes and photos using Field Service Lightning.
