Job summary
Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an IT Technician to provide help desk support and build/maintain office networks and device images. The role supports end users across projects in the U.S. and Canada, with opportunities to shape IT deployments and security practices.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer/Information Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent IT experience.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience working directly with customers/end users.
- Computer troubleshooting experience.
- Ethernet/phone cable wiring and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with drive imaging technologies (SCCM, Microsoft WDS).
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support to our organization.
- Design and implement temporary office networks and phone systems.
- Create gold images for deployment of employee computers.
- Create/delete/manage Active Directory and email accounts.
- Help steer the technologies used by the organization.
