IT Technician- Full Time | Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health | Garner, North CarolinaAbout the Job:Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts!The IT Technician provides ongoing support and maintenance of all information systems which are involved with patient care to ensure smooth day to day facility operation. Manages installation and troubleshooting of systems and hardware and implements new technology and programs, and monitors systems daily.Roles and Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Works with corporate IT and external support providers to provide holistic technology support for facility.Serves as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. Regularly interfaces with vendors/staff to resolve problems, responds to inquiries.Configures all new PC’s in a timely, efficient and effective manner to network and system standards. Installs any software upgrades as needed.Provides basic diagnostic evaluation, troubleshoots problems in a timely manner, and initiates any necessary equipment repair and vendor involvement as necessary.Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.Provides accurate information on IT products or services.Records events and problems and their resolution in ticket system.
