Snell & Wilmer in Tucson is seeking an IT Technician to support laptops, desktops, printers, audio-visual and peripherals. You will work with the Solution Center and IT teams to keep hardware, software, and network connectivity functioning, diagnose issues, and implement tickets and long-term projects. The role requires knowledge of Windows and Apple iOS, basic networking, and a customer-focused approach.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the Western United States, is seeking an IT Technician in our Tucson office. Your responsibilities include day-to-day work in supporting laptops/desktop computers, printers, audio visual and peripheral equipment. Works closely with the Solution Center team, the local User Experience Analyst and escalation level teams to ensure the proper function of all hardware, software, and network connectivity. Must proactively troubleshoot and solve problems for end users. This individual must possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
You will report directly to the IT Technician Manager and work with IT Management, software development/procurement and user groups. You must take initiative and be proactive in completing trouble tickets, assignments, and long-term projects.
The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office.
