Compucom Staffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc., is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to ensure continuity of computer systems for all users, provide mobile device support, and manage telecom and office equipment.
The role involves troubleshooting OS, hardware and software, setting up employee equipment, coordinating with vendors, and developing training materials to empower users.
The rate for this position is between $24.75 - $33.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
