Qualifications

• 3 years of instructor-led training experience.
• Experience developing training materials and manuals (Visio and Word).
• Proven experience with virtual/remote training platforms (WebEx, MS Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training strategy and implementation plan.
• Conduct training needs assessments and analyses to meet goals.
• Create manuals, job aids, training guides, brochures and newsletters.
• Develop instructor guides and participant manuals for classroom training.
• Develop web-based training and content outlines/storyboards.
• Leverage training tools to create engaging graphics and layouts.
• Record and produce videos and training material.
• Review project docs and attend meetings to assess training impact.
• Develop assessments aligned with training objectives.
