Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with instructor led training.
• 3 years' experience developing training materials/job aids/manuals (Visio/Word).
• 3 years' experience with virtual/remote training platforms (WebEx, MS Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4-year college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training strategy and implementation plan.
• Conduct training needs assessments, job task analyses, and software evaluations to organize complex information.
• Develop manuals, job aids, training guides, brochures, newsletters, or other materials.
• Develop instructor guides and participant manuals for instructor-led training.
• Develop web-based training to support learning objectives.
• Create content outlines and storyboards for interactive training.
• Record and create training videos and materials.
• Review project documentation and attend meetings to assess training impact.
