Fastenal Co. is seeking a Full-time IT Technical Support Analyst to support FMI Technology hardware and applications in West Chester, OH. You will help employees with day-to-day IT processes, troubleshoot hardware and software, and contribute to operational excellence.

• Troubleshoot UI, hardware, and system integrations; assist with root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain queries and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams across systems to resolve issues.
• Provide level one support and participate in on-call rotations for critical systems.
