IT Technical Support Analyst

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 8:00am - 5:00pm



OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-time IT Technical Support Analyst, you will be utilizing a ticket queue, phone calls, and email to support issues for the corporate infrastructure. The position will provide technical support for our desktops, workstation, laptop, and branch infrastructure supporting both the Windows client and Windows Server operating systems. This will also include supporting peripheral equipment and internet connectivity to include carrier premise equipment and Cisco routers and switches. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

o Configuring, installing, and maintaining branch location equipment

o Troubleshooting client and server hardware and software support issues

o Providing technical support of software applications used within the enterprise

o Patch management of branch and/or corporate location equipment

o Working ticket and phone queues to provide end-user support

o Documenting solutions for users as needed

o Providing 24x7 support on critical systems in an on-call rotation



REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Possess or working toward a degree in Information Technology, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field of study OR possess 3 years of IT related work experience

o Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially via telephone and email

o Proficient computer skills

o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency

o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork

o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)



PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Azure and Office 365)

o Prior scripting experience, along with familiarity with a scripting language (PowerShell)

o Possess an A+, Network+, CCNA, or MCSA certifications

o Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM for system builds, and software package deployments

o Knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft Terminal Service administration

COMPENSATION:

The pay range for this position is $40,000 - 65,000.
