Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, Business, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of project management experience.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations.
• Experience with health care program evaluation, design, and implementation.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, integration platforms, health plan core systems, or population health tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Medicaid, Medicare, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to organize, plan, direct and manage medium to large scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate medium to large scale projects from framing to outcome measurement.
• Create and monitor project work plans and communicate status to IT and Business Teams.
• Monitor timeliness, costs, and resources to ensure project completion.
• Identify and resolve project issues; escalate critical issues to leadership.
• Analyze data to support operations projects and collaborate with IT for data/report development.
• Develop and distribute timely project communications and status updates.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance to standards.
• Capture requirements and timelines in meetings with SCFHP stakeholders.
