Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update Jira tickets, user stories, tasks, defects, and epics to support project delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and document acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira dashboards and reports.
• Provide first-level technical support for business applications, systems, and end users.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with developers and admins to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
