Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an on-site IT Tech Support professional for our Clinton, IN facility to provide hands-on end-user and infrastructure support in a regulated manufacturing and lab environment.

You will handle deskside support, asset and incident management in ServiceNow, and collaborate with OT teams on IT projects, ensuring documentation and SOPs are up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience supporting end-user tech and infrastructure.
• Experience in R&D or laboratory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and end-user technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and telephony.
• Manage local IT assets, incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow.
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, and manufacturing/lab IT infrastructure.
• Execute tasks related to local IT infrastructure projects and documentation while maintaining SOPs.

IT Tech Support - Lab

Location: Clinton, Indiana, United States. Job type: Contract

Your Role: IT Tech Support

You will be based on-site at the Clinton & TH, Indiana Manufacturing facility, providing hands-on IT support across infrastructure, end-user technologies, and local IT services in a regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and end-user technical support, including break/fix and IMAC services for PCs, laptops, printers, iDevices, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, O365, Teams video conferencing, and telephony
• Manage local IT assets, configuration items, incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow
• Deliver last-mile support for site network equipment, cabling, connectivity, server rooms, and manufacturing and laboratory IT infrastructure
• Execute tasks associated with local IT infrastructure projects, lifecycle management activities, and equipment procurement while maintaining accurate documentation and SOPs

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or equivalent certifications and practical experience
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience supporting end-user technologies and infrastructure in environments with 250+ users
• Experience with R&D and lab working environments
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with end-user devices, basic networking, basic wireless technologies, video conferencing systems, digital security, asset and lifecycle management, and incident management tools such as ServiceNow
