Shangri-La Resort in Afton, OK is seeking an IT System Analyst to support guest and staff technology, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network and workstation performance.

You will work under the Director of IT, provide technical guidance, document processes, and help train team members on systems and applications such as POS and PMS.

This on-site role offers opportunities to learn in a world-class hospitality environment and collaborate with a diverse IT team.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Prior IT or systems administration experience preferred or pursuing higher education.
• Familiarity with telephone, office, PMS software, and related systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical support to users by researching and resolving questions.
• Troubleshoots problems and maintains workstation and LAN performance.
• Documents client references and maintains system documentation.
• Assists in developing client training materials and instructional language.
• Identifies issues and recommends changes to improve system performance.

REPORTS TO:

Director of IT

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.


• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.


• Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.


• Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.


• Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.


• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.


• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent


• Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred or currently seeking higher education


• Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale, and PMS software a plus


• Prior knowledge with the following systems a plus: Agilysys/InfoGenesis POS, Amadeus HotSOS (ticketing system), DirecTV DRE, mobile device MDMs, and Relay Pro radios
