You will guide a team of IT recruiters, craft advanced sourcing strategies, and manage strong client relationships to secure top tech talent—from software developers to cybersecurity experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT & Tech recruitment.
• Proven experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Deep understanding of technology roles, skill sets and trends.
• Exceptional client relationship management and business development skills.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT and Technology Recruitment Specialists.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche tech roles.
• Manage key client accounts in the technology sector and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from client engagement to onboarding.
• Drive business development to expand the firm's IT recruitment portfolio.
