Job summary

Hire Energy Staffing is seeking an IT Support professional in Fort Worth, TX, to install, repair and support computer hardware, software and peripherals. You will oversee daily system performance and assist with rolling out new applications.

You will provide user support for operational systems and hardware, support NPIs, and collaborate with multiple departments on project needs. This role requires basic networking, OS experience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, IT or related field preferred with a minimum of three years plus of experience as IT support.
• Certification in CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+.
• Oracle database SQL experience highly preferred.
• Basic experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic experience with in-network cabling, switches and routers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Microsoft Office product knowledge.
• Working knowledge and skill of repairing PCs, laptops, printer/scanner setup and maintenance.
• Keep your work area daily, according to the standard of the 5S's.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing /EMC Teams and / or FIH key principles on quality, costs, productivity and social responsibility, etc.
• Comply with and enforce the provisions of the System Management Environment, Health and Safety.
• Ensure that policies, procedures and work instructions of your work area are updated and implemented.
• Comply with the annual mandatory training plan.
• Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System according to the applicable standards.
