Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Team Lead to guide day-to-day technology operations from our Irvine office. You will coordinate IT projects, enforce security policies, and support a range of systems, networks, and enterprise applications.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience and 3+ years in IT support or systems administration, with strong networking, Windows/macOS, and AD/M365 expertise. Join a team delivering reliable tech and energy solutions.

Qualifications

1+ years supervisor/lead experience.
3+ years IT support or systems administration.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Monitor system performance, coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
Supervise IT technicians and support staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex issues.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
Ensure high-quality end-user support across desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Enforce information security policies and best practices.
Assist with audits, risk assessments, and security tool deployment.
Coordinate IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, migrations.
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
