Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Task Manager to lead IT deliverables under a Navy contract. You will coordinate executives, engineers, and Navy TPOCs to ensure timely milestones and compliance with DoD cybersecurity and architecture standards.

The role requires a strong PM background, DoD clearance, and experience directing cross-functional teams across IT infrastructure, software, and cyber operations. Competitive salary and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years in project management/IT leadership.
• 3+ years in IT infra, systems integration, or related delivery.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT task delivery including network modernization, cloud migration, software development, and help desk operations.
• Monitor task budgets, funding changes, LOE burn rates, and prevent cost overruns.
• Direct and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of engineers and cybersecurity professionals.
• Interface with government TPOCs, CORs, and military leadership on performance, risks, and scheduling.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status updates, MPRs, and eCRAFT labor reporting metrics to leadership.
• Implement RMF processes and ensure compliance with Navy Cyber Mission Force standards.
