Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Task Manager to lead contract operations within a DoD/government-focused setting. You will supervise teams, monitor schedules, prepare deliverables, and coordinate with the COR to ensure compliant, on-time performance.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and CISSP/CISM certification, with strong leadership and communication skills, and extensive experience in Federal contracting practices. Arlington, VA-based, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of team lead or contract management experience OR an Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, contracts, or technical teams, preferably in Federal Government/DoD.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Current DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of contract operations to ensure PWS compliance.
• Supervise and mentor assigned personnel to ensure quality performance.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports and other contract deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact with COR for contract matters.
• Communicate project status, risks, and improvements to stakeholders.
