Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source and place top IT talent with Fortune 500 clients. You will build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through interviews, offers, and onboarding, while helping clients find the right fit.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll partner with the sales team to develop talent strategies, meet weekly metrics, and leverage Eight Eleven University for growth.

Qualifications

Proven IT recruiting experience
Ability to coach candidates through resume and interview prep
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to identify client hiring needs and develop targeted talent strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews and job offers.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and job offers to ensure candidate success.
Deliver excellent onboarding and post-placement support.
Meet weekly metrics, including calls, interviews, and placements.
Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
