Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to determine client’s hiring needs.
• Develop strategy to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, and interview feedback.
• Handle daily activities and new ventures with agility.
• Onboard and support consultants during project assignments.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
