Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC seeks a Talent Partner in the Information Technology division to own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to placement for contract, project, and direct-hire roles. Build pipelines and deliver top IT talent.

You’ll work with mid-market and enterprise clients, managing 15-18 candidate conversations weekly and collaborating with a data-driven team to optimize talent delivery in a fast-paced growth culture.

Responsibilities

• Interview 15-18 Candidates Weekly: Build your bench with consistent talent conversations that uncover true fit and future potential.
• Submit 10-12 Qualified Candidates Weekly: Deliver top-tier talent to our clients with speed, quality, and precision.
• Generate 8+ Business Development Leads Weekly: Uncover opportunities from your desk through meaningful MPA conversations, Bullhorn tracking, and strategic use of marketing assets.
• Execute the AccruePartners Business System:
• Participate in every intake session to align expectations.
• Craft compelling Go-to-Market messages.
• Leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics.
• Run efficient and targeted searches.
• Own the process through candidate prep, debriefs, and reference checks.
• Conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls: Stay connected to talent post-placement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Engage in 1-2 In-Person Networking Events Monthly: Deepen your client and candidate relationships beyond the screen and get involved in our community!
