GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner (IT Recruiter) to drive full life cycle recruiting across technology, IT, and engineering teams. Based in Louisville, KY or flexible location, you will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand needs and deliver strong candidate experiences.

You will manage sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, and analytics in Workday, build diverse pipelines, and continuously improve recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders and HRBPs to understand recruiting needs.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, candidate generation, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Proactively improve recruiting processes to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
• Influence client groups by providing market data to support growth decisions.
• Manage jobs in Workday and track metrics for campaigns.
