Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent selection.
• Ability to communicate effectively, take initiative & be organized.
• Understanding of general talent acquisition recruiting processes.
• 1 year or more of Campus Recruiting experience (highly desired).
• Experience with Workday.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Data, AI, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with college career services office.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of full lifecycle campus recruiting.
• Disposition of candidates in the job requisition based on eligibility to meet minimum qualifications or progress candidates to the next step of the recruiting process in Workday.
• Verify candidates’ application status prior to interviews.
• Attend interview debriefs with other program stakeholders.
• Review interview record forms to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications and offer targets.
• Generate offer details and route to Recruiting Coordinator within ATS.
• Ensure compliance with all federal guidelines and auditing purposes.
• Identify, market, attract, and hire.
• Plan and execute on-campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and interviews.
