IT Talent Acquisition Lead (LATAM based)
MISSION
The mission of an IT Talent Acquisition Lead is to identify, attract, and recruit top ITtalent for an organization. This involves working closely with the IT leadership teamto understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitmentstrategies, and building relationships with potential candidates.
The IT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-endrecruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conductinginterviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Theymust also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT talentacquisition to ensure the organization is attracting the best possible talent.
As lead within the Talent Acquisition team it is expected for this person to managethe people inside the IT cluster driving meetings, alignment within the team and
with external stakeholders, strategize and plan with the team, present to seniorstakeholders.
This role is instrumental in:
● Managing end-to-end recruitment for certain senior positions that requiresextensive sourcing due to the complex nature of positions
● Leading the team member of the cluster and planning and aligning on thetasks and goals to be completed week by week
● Attend meetings with senior stakeholders and be on top of communications bothupwards and downwards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop and implement a comprehensive IT talent acquisition strategy:The IT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and implementing arecruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals andobjectives. This includes developing recruitment marketing and employerbranding strategies, defining recruitment processes and procedures, andidentifying and leveraging recruitment tools and technologies.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex ITpositions: The IT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the entirerecruitment process for certain senior complex IT positions, including jobpostings, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, and making offers.They are also responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is efficientand according to Trafi’s defined process
● Manage TA Team IT Cluster: plan and align with the members of the ITcluster what are the best ways to find talent, work setting up goals for the clustermembers, help remove blockers and give visibility to issues that need to bediscussed.
● Build relationships with IT leaders and hiring managers: The IT TalentAcquisition Lead must build strong relationships with IT leaders and hiringmanagers to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts
are aligned with those needs. This involves regular communication, collaboration,and feedback.
● Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employerbranding strategies: The IT Talent Acquisition Lead must develop and executeeffective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top ITtalent. This includes developing and promoting the company's employee valueproposition, creating compelling job descriptions, and leveraging social mediaand other marketing channels to reach potential candidates.
● Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, andtechnologies: The IT Talent Acquisition Lead must continuously evaluate andimprove recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to ensure they areefficient, effective, and cost-effective. This includes monitoring recruitmentmetrics and analytics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementingchanges as necessary.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitmentpartners: The IT Talent Acquisition Lead must develop and maintain strongrelationships with external recruitment partners, including staffing agencies andjob boards, to ensure a strong pipeline of top IT talent. This includes negotiatingcontracts, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
● Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics: The IT TalentAcquisition Lead must develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics totrack recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. This includestracking key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, andcandidate conversion rates.
● Collaborate with HR business partners and IT leaders: The IT TalentAcquisition Lead must collaborate with HR business partners and IT leaders to
ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new IT hires. Thisincludes developing and implementing onboarding programs, communicatingwith new hires, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and supportto succeed.
ROLE RELATED COMPETENCIES

● 5+ years of experience as an ITspecialized recruiter with deep understanding of sourcing, screening,and selecting candidates for complex IT positions.
● 2+ years of managing and mentoring a team of junior recruiters andproviding guidance and support as needed. Should be able to delegatetasks and responsibilities effectively, and promote a culture ofcontinuous improvement and innovation.
● Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources
● Project management experience is desirable - the ability to plan, organize, and execute
recruitment projects and initiatives.
● Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside an agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop andmaintain recruitment metrics and analytics, and use that data toidentify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts
● A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written).
● A highly organized person that has hand-on attitude that is always looking to resolve issues
● A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate and lead their team.

● Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT talent needs and develop a comprehensive IT recruitment strategy.
● Build a strong pipeline of top IT talent, ensuring a diverse candidate pool, and reducing time-to-hire.
● Develop and implement effective recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce turnover rates.
● Establish effective relationships with hiring managers and ITleaders to ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with the needs ofthe organization.
● Implement effective employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top IT talent.
● Evaluate and streamline recruitment tools and technology, includingapplicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, to improve efficiencyand
reduce costs.
● Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill,cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates, to continuously improverecruitment processes and outcomes.
● Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive IT team.
● Develop and execute onboarding programs that ensure new IT hires are integrated quickly
and effectively into the organization.
● Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships
and stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in IT talent acquisition.
