Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team. This role is ideal for someone with some managerial experience, capable of leading a small team while delivering on core responsibilities within the Talent Acquisition function. The successful candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing their own workload alongside supporting the development and performance of others. They will serve as a Performance Manager to a small number of colleagues and play a key role in driving team collaboration and delivery.

While this is not a senior leadership role, we are looking for someone who has previously managed people and can confidently provide guidance, feedback, and support in a team setting. This role is fully remote, but the candidate should be based in Brazil, Peru or Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership and team support:

  • Coach and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Set clear objectives for team members, regularly reviewing progress and performance metrics to drive professional growth.
  • Represent the TA team as part of the wider People Team.
  • Act as a bridge between the TA team and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture.

Requisition Ownership:

  • Manage a portfolio of open roles across multiple functions and regions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job briefings, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategy, structured interviews, and role scoping.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.

Communication, Partnering and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on hiring needs and recruitment plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering clear guidance, timely updates, and pragmatic solutions.

Operational Input and process Improvements:

  • Identify operational challenges and areas for process improvement across the recruitment function.
  • Contribute to discussions and proposals to improve team efficiency and candidate experience .
  • Use data to mon itor requisition progress, flag risks, and support quarterly reporting.
  • Comfortably handle reporting and data interpretation, using metrics to make informed decisions and drive improvements
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and support data-led decision-making.

Required Skills/Experiences:

  • A minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter for an internal team, ideally in a high volume environment
  • Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and providing feedback as a team lead or senior individual contributor
  • A proactive, resourceful and agile mindset is essential for this role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with senior leadership
  • Comfortable setting objectives, reviewing progress, and enhancing team performance
  • Previous experience hiring for top-tier consulting firms is desirable but not essential
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Slack and Google Suite
  • Fluent written and spoken English
