Job summary

A-Core Concrete Specialists seeks an experienced IT Technician to support multiple offices, maintain computers, servers, and networks, and coordinate IT services company-wide.

You will handle user accounts, security, software deployment, and problem resolution, ensuring 24x7 availability and adherence to IT policies. Travel within the US may be required; strong Windows and Office 365 skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of practical IT experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Excellent organizational, categorization, and prioritization skills.
• Active listening to customer needs and problem solving.
• Resourceful with minimal supervision; able to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to meet company goals.
• Willing to travel within the US on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across local and remote offices.
• Set up and maintain computers, devices, and peripherals.
• Manage accounts and access, security, and email settings.
• Maintain networks and server infrastructure, including Azure.
• Implement patches, updates, and security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, document fixes.
• Evaluate new technologies and support IT strategy.
