Job summary

Uline in Ohio is hiring an IT Systems Technician to deliver end-user tech support and keep systems running smoothly across warehouse and office environments. The role focuses on setup, maintenance, and asset management with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6 PM. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. On-call duties with some evenings/weekends are expected. All positions are on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in IT systems with networking, hardware and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshooting incidents and delivering training with strong customer service.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, AV equipment and mobile devices.
• Oversee IT inventory, track assets and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate equipment moves and maintain cabling standards.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshooting incident requests and delivering technical training with excellent customer service.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices.
• Oversee the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute technology equipment moves and ensure cabling standards are upheld.
• Manage user accounts, including permissions.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
• Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
