Job summary

Uline is seeking an IT Systems Technician to provide tech support for employees and keep systems running smoothly at our Ohio location.

You'll set up computers, printers, AV equipment, and mobile devices, manage the IT inventory and user accounts, and coordinate equipment moves to ensure cabling standards. This on-site role offers hours Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6 PM, with on-call support on a rotational basis and potential for growth.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
• Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
