Key qualifications

• Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related IT field may substitute for three years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalency plus thirty college credit hours in IT-related field may substitute for four years of experience
• Experience in computer systems operations, hardware and software evaluation and implementation, or computer programming
• U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as commissioned officer in Computer Systems Operations may substitute on a year-for-year basis
